Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from two sentences of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Latella, J.), both imposed April 14, 1998, under Indictment Nos. 3534/96 and 3826/96, respectively, and an amended sentence of the same court (Flaherty, J.), imposed April 30, 1998, under Indictment No. 4585/95, on the ground that the sentences and amended sentence are excessive.
