Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken from the orders of Supreme Court, Onondaga County, dated October 9, 2015, and November 17, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Bradley E. Keem, Esq. sworn to November 13, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that appellant

perfect the appeals on or before March 5, 2018, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
