The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Richard Long, Appellant.

, P.J.

JOHN R. LaCAVA

ANGELA G. IANNACCI, JJ.

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that this appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Eastchester, Westchester County, rendered February 3, 2010, is stricken from the general calendar and the appeals calendar on the ground that the record transmitted to this court is missing necessary papers, including the People's opposition, if any, to defendant's CPL 30.20 motion dated June 11, 2008, the court's decision, if any, of that motion, and any adjournment minutes underlying that decision. The record is also missing the motion papers submitted by defendant upon his speedy trial motion returnable December 10, 2008 and the transcript of the court's oral decision of that motion; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to July 6, 2012.
