In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Levi, case No. 1-16-0510 (04/11/19). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Robinson, 2020 IL 123849, on the issue of whether defendant presented a colorable claim of actual innocence.
