People v. Leslie

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Jun 5, 1997
240 A.D.2d 174 (N.Y. App. Div. 1997)

Opinion

June 5, 1997

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Bronx County (Dominic Massaro, J.).

The verdict was based on legally sufficient evidence and was not against the weight of the evidence. We see no reason to disturb the court's credibility determinations ( see, People v Gaimari, 176 N.Y. 84, 94).

Concur — Murphy, P.J., Milonas, Rosenberger, Wallach and Andrias, JJ.
