Opinion

2005-983 D CR.

Decided on November 20, 2008.

Appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Dover, Dutchess County (John Fusco, J.), rendered June 21, 2005. The judgment convicted defendant, upon her plea of guilty, of endangering the welfare of a child and sentenced her to probation.

Appeal dismissed as academic.

PRESENT: RUDOLPH, P.J., McCABE and SCHEINKMAN, JJ.

The completion of defendant's term of probation in July 2008 rendered the sole issue presented, her challenge to certain of the conditions of her probation, academic ( see generally People v Satiro, 28 AD3d 497). Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.

Rudolph, P.J., McCabe and Scheinkman, JJ., concur.
