ORDER

Douglas B. Shapiro, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The "motion to compel production of trial transcripts or to extend deadline for filing same" is GRANTED to the extent that the time for filing the timely ordered transcripts is extended to November 5, 2023. If the transcripts are not filed as required by this order, and appellant's counsel fails to move for a further extension of time to file the transcripts, this cause shall be remanded to the trial court for the appointment of substitute counsel, current counsel having failed to ensure the timely filing of the transcripts. Further, costs in the amount of $250 may be assessed against appointed counsel.
