DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for permission to file oversized brief and further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for permission to file an oversized brief is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the application for permission to file a reduced number of copies of the appellant's brief is granted, without costs. The appeal may be perfected upon the original papers filed in the office of the County Clerk, and one typewritten, signed original and six copies of the appellant's brief, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to November 13, 2017.
