DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 7, 2023. Motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth the appellant's full financial situation including all assets, both real and personal, including the value of, equity in, and income derived from rent of the appellant's home, all sources of income, including current and former employment, and why former employment is no longer available, and the amount and source of counsel fees paid to retained counsel in the Supreme Court.
