PEOPLE v. KOBACK
Fourth Appellate District, Division Two. The court orders review on its own motion. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of People v. Colbert (2019) 6 Cal.5th 596, 242 Cal.Rptr.3d 665, 433 P.3d 536. Defendant's petition for review is denied.
