ORDER

In lieu of granting the application, the Court orders, pursuant to MCR 7.205(E)(2), that the matter is REMANDED, in order to facilitate appellate review, for the limited purpose of the circuit court to articulate the reasons for imposing the departure sentence. People v Steanhouse, 504 Mich. 969; 933 N.W.2d 776 (2019). The trial court shall provide its written articulation of the reasons for the sentence within 28 days after the Clerk's Office issues this order. Defense counsel is directed to file a copy of the trial court's reasons with this Court within 7 days after the trial court's entry of its written articulation of the reasons for the sentence.

We retain jurisdiction.

Jansen, P.J., would deny the application for leave to appeal.
