The People of the State of New York, Respondent,SEALED v. Guilermo P., also known as Guilermo N., Defendant-Appellant.
An order of this Court having been entered on April 24, 2018, granting defendant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about "May 22, 2017," and assigning counsel for the purposes of prosecuting the appeal, And defendant-appellant having moved for an order granting anonymity of the records in connection with the appeal, designating the appeal and all future filings as People v Guilermo P., also known as, Guilermo N., sealing the Supreme Court and Appellate records and all other filings, decisions, and orders in this case; and correcting the date of judgment in the order of assignment from May 22, 2017 to April 26, 2017, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that said motion is granted to the extent that the record on appeal, the briefs, and all future filings are sealed. The Clerk is directed to calendar the appeal under People v Guilermo P., also known as, Guilermo N.. The order of assignment is deemed amended to correct the date of judgment appealed from to be April 26, 2017.
