Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions to consolidate are denied, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to settle is granted, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to accept the record on appeal in case No. 104940 received on October 4, 2012. Defendant shall, under separate cover, file a copy of the presentence investigation report on or before November 23, 2012. It is noted that the People failed to specifically identify the additional documents to be included in the record on appeal.
