In the exercise of this court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Third District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Kellerman, 337 Ill. App. 3d 781 (2003). The appellate court is directed to address the State's argument that the dismissal of the defendant's postconviction petition was proper under People v. Collins, 202 Ill. 2d 59 (2002), for failure to attach supporting documentation or an explanation for its absence.
