PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken from the judgments of Monroe County Court, rendered June 2, 2015, and the order of Monroe County Court, entered August 19, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Catherine H. Josh, Esq. sworn to December 6, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that appellant perfect the appeals on or before March 19, 2018, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
