Summary Disposition.
No. 122578. The case is remanded to the Court of Appeals, which shall hold this case in abeyance pending its decision in People v. Perks (Court of Appeals Docket No. 237337). After Perks is decided, the Court of Appeals shall reconsider this case in light of its decision on remand in Perks, and the decision on remand ordered by the Supreme Court in Docket No. 122023, concerning the Court of Appeals May 29, 2002, order in this case. Jurisdiction is not retained. Court of Appeals No. 230371.
