DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Greenburgh, Westchester County, rendered January 17, 2013, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated May 6, 2015, and two prior motions for, among other things, the release of a presentence report and to strike the appellant's brief filed by assigned counsel, respectively, which were determined by decisions and orders on motions of this court, both dated May 6, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
