THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. VANDON JONES, DEFENDANT.


PRESENT:

Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to move for leave to appeal from an order of the Jefferson County Court, dated June 8, 2020, and entered June 10, 2020,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as unnecessary (see Executive Order [Cuomo] No. 202.72 [9 NYCRR 8.202.72]), and

It is further ordered that the Clerk of this Court is directed to accept the CPL 460.15 motion that was filed on September 3, 2020.
