Appeal by defendant, as limited by his motion, from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, imposed March 29, 1979. Appeal dismissed as academic. Defendant has completed serving his sentence. Cohalan, J.P., Margett, Martuscello and Gibbons, JJ., concur.
