ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The application is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the September 8, 2022 order, which was entered by a district court, is not an order that is appealable by application to this Court. MCR 7.203(B). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of an appeal in the proper circuit court. See MCR 7.103.
