Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Kings County, rendered February 19, 1960 after a jury trial, convicting him of burglary in the third degree and grand larceny in the second degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of three to five years on the burglary count and two and one-half to five years on the grand larceny count. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Kleinfeld, Acting P.J., Christ, Hill, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
