Order
On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the August 20, 2020 orders of the Court of Appeals is considered. With regard to Court of Appeals Docket No. 352528, leave to appeal is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. With regard to Court of Appeals Docket No. 352529, leave to appeal is DENIED, because the defendant's motion for relief from judgment is prohibited by MCR 6.502(G).
