DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Great Neck, Nassau County, rendered March 21, 2012, to continue a stay of execution of said judgment which was granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated July 13, 2012, and continued by decisions and orders on motions dated January 15, 2013 and June 24, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
