Decided June 29, 2009.

Appeal from a judgment of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County (Arthur J. Doran, III, J.), rendered April 8, 2008. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Judgment of conviction affirmed.

We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel is granted leave to withdraw as counsel ( see Anders v California, 386 US 738; People v Paige, 54 AD2d 631).

Rudolph, P.J., Tanenbaum and Nicolai, JJ., concur.
