Appellant having moved for reassignment of counsel on the appeal taken from a judgment of Oneida County Court, rendered October 25, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Wayne Irving sworn to August 30, 2014 and September 22, 2014, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Christopher J. Pelli, Esq. dated September 10, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are denied, and

It is further ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed as moot.
