DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Lake Success, Nassau County, rendered February 11, 2015, and for the assignment of an Appellate Term Docket number to the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the appeal shall be perfected within 60 days of the date of this order, and it is further

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking the assignment of an Appellate Term docket number is denied as moot, as a docket number was assigned when the instant motion was filed.
