Motion to compel production of transcripts.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Melvin Tapper is directed to produce and file stenographic transcripts of the minutes of the December 16, 2015 and August 18, 2016 court appearances or a written statement that no minutes were taken by him on such dates on or before February 4, 2019, and it is further
ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to April 3, 2019.
