Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeal is deemed timely perfected, and operation of the order dated February 4, 2014 granting a stay of execution of judgment and release on bail is continued until determination of the appeal.
