Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Third District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Hurry, 359 Ill.Dec. 787, 967 N.E.2d 817 (Ill.App.2012). The Appellate Court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of this Court's opinion in People v. Lara, 2012 IL 112370, 368 Ill.Dec. 155, 983 N.E.2d 959, to determine whether a different result is warranted.
