Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to move for leave to appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, dated December 11, 2018 and entered December 13, 2018,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jerrod Hunter sworn to January 10, 2019, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition defendant file and serve an application pursuant to CPL 460.15 on or before March 8, 2019.
