ORDER

On order of the Chief Justice, the motions of defendant-appellant to remand for the appointment of substitute appellate counsel and for immediate consideration are GRANTED. In accordance with Administrative Order 2003-03, the Oakland Circuit Court is directed to appoint new appellate counsel to represent the defendant-appellant in this Court.
