DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to December 31, 2012. In the event the appeal is not perfected on or before December 31, 2012, Allen C. Read, Esq. may be relieved of his assignment and new counsel assigned.
