In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Third District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Huizar, case No. 3-18-0209 (04/06/22). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Moore, 2023 IL 126461, on the issue of whether the trial court erred in denying leave to file a successive post-conviction petition and determine if a different result is warranted.
