THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. JOSHUA R. HUGHES, Appellant.


DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By scheduling memorandum dated January 21, 2015, respondent was directed to file the responding brief in accordance with section 800.14 (b) of this Court's Rules of Practice on or before March 9, 2015. On March 6, 2015, respondent was granted an extension of time until April 9, 2015 to file such brief. On consent, respondent was granted two further extensions until April 23, 2015 and June 1, 2015. Respondent has failed to file the brief or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent shall file and serve the responding brief on or before July 27, 2015, and it is further

ORDERED that the appeal is calendared for the October 2015 term of this Court.
