DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion to revoke bail order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the papers filed in opposition to the motion are treated as an application for an extension of time to perfect the appeal and for continuation of the order dated June 15, 2015 granting a stay of execution of judgment and release on bail, the application is granted, and such order is continued until determination of the appeal, provided the appeal is perfected by May 31, 2016, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to revoke the order dated June 15, 2015 is referred to Justice McCarthy, who makes the following decision: Motion denied.
