In a coram nobis proceeding, defendant appeals from an order of the County Court, Nassau County, dated February 14, 1961, which denied, after a hearing, his application to vacate a judgment of said court, rendered May 22, 1953 on his plea of guilty, convicting him of burglary in the third degree and resentencing him as a first felony offender, to serve a term of 5 to 10 years, with credit for time already served. Order affirmed. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P.J., Kleinfeld, Brennan, Hill and Rabin, JJ., concur.
