Leave to appeal denied with order.

In the exercise of this court's supervisory authority, and pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 615(b)(4) and People ex rel. Ryan v. Roe, 201 Ill. 2d 552 (2002), defendant's sentence of 6 years' imprisonment for reckless homicide, imposed by the circuit court of Cook County in People v. Hill, No. 00CR8701, is reduced to 42 months' imprisonment. Any and all other sentencing terms remain in effect. The circuit court of Cook County is directed to enter an amended sentencing order reflecting said reduction.
