ORDER

By order of October 21, 2020, the application for leave to appeal the October 8, 2019 judgment of the Court of Appeals and the motion to remand were held in abeyance pending the decision in Jones v Mississippi, cert gtd __US__; 140 S.Ct. 1293; 206 L.Ed.2d 374 (2020) (Docket No. 18-1259). On order of the Court, the case having been decided on April 22, 2021, 593 US__(2021), the application and motion to remand are again considered. It appearing to this Court that the case of People v Poole (Docket No. 161529) is pending on appeal before this Court and that the decision in that case may resolve an issue raised in the present application for leave to appeal, we ORDER that the application and motion to remand be held in ABEYANCE pending the decision in that case.
