MOTION DECISION

Appeals having been taken to this Court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about October 25, 2017, and from a restitution order, same Court, entered on or about March 20, 2019, which mandated payment of $18,818 in restitution and a five percent collection fee, and said appeals having been perfected, And defendant-appellant having moved to enlarge the record on appeal to include the transcript of the proceedings to reduce his restitution amount pursuant to CPL 420.10, the exhibits pertaining to that hearing, and the trial court's decision after argument on the matter, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted, and defendant may enlarge the record on appeal to include Exhibits C through E annexed to the moving papers. The perfected appeals are adjourned to the January 2023 Term of this Court.
