Defendant having moved for an order pursuant to Judiciary Law § 509 directing the disclosure of any identifying information of the male jurors who formed the jury at defendant's trial in Onondaga County Court relative to the above indictment,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Michael Joshua Henderson sworn to June 14, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof and, the affidavit of Shawn Kerby, Esq. sworn to July 13, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
