Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 7, 2020. Motion by the appellant's assigned counsel to dismiss the appeal on the ground that it has been rendered academic by the appellant's death on April 25, 2021.

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed as academic, without costs or disbursements.
