COA: 225583, Washtenaw CC: 89-023861-FH.

On order of the Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal from the August 21, 2000 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because the defendant has failed to meet the burden of establishing entitlement to relief under MCR 6.508(D). The motion to remand and the motion for bond pending appeal are also considered, and they are DENIED as moot.
