Motion, pursuant to CPL 460.30, for extension of time to take appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary, and the notice of appeal filed March 19, 2012 is, in the interest of justice, deemed a valid notice of appeal from the judgment of conviction rendered March 2, 2012 (see CPL 460.10[6]).
