ORDER

The motion to show cause court reporter Karen Copeland (R-6054) is DENIED because under the circumstances there was not a willful failure to file the relevant transcripts.

The motion to vacate conviction is also DENIED because there is no basis to conclude that the relevant transcripts will not be prepared. Rather, the Clerk's Office of this Court has been advised by circuit court staff that preparation of the relevant transcripts will be reassigned to other court reporters.
