PRESENT:

Appellant having moved to consolidate appeals taken from the judgments of Wyoming County Court, rendered December 17, 2015, and other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Gregory A. Kilburn, Esq. sworn to January 31, 2017, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks consolidation relief is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered December 15, 2015 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted on the condition that appellant perfect the appeals on or before April 17, 2017, and in the event failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
