People v. Guzikowski

Supreme Court of Michigan
Feb 1, 2000
461 Mich. 959 (Mich. 2000)

Opinion

No. 115598 (38).

February 1, 2000

Manistee CC: 97-002707

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal and the application for leave to appeal as cross-appellant from the September 17, 1999 decision of the Court of Appeals are considered, and they are DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. Should the prosecutor seek a new trial on the charge of first-degree felony murder, the trial court is not precluded from analyzing the testimony of defendant's proposed expert witnesses under MRE 702.

Court of Appeals No. 206947.
