THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. HOWARD GRIFFITH, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for the reassignment of counsel on the appeal taken from an order from Onondaga County Court, dated July 21, 2017,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Howard Griffith sworn to November 29, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Linda M. Campbell, Esq. dated December 3, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that Linda M. Campbell, Esq. is relieved of her assignment, and

It is further ORDERED that the Onondaga County Assigned Counsel Administrator is directed to provide this Court with an attorney who is willing and able to accept this assignment.
