THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. SHAWN F. GRANGER, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT: , P.J., SMITH, CENTRA, LINDLEY, AND MARTOCHE, JJ.

Respondent having moved to redact and seal portions of the pro se supplemental brief and attached exhibits for said brief on the appeal taken from a judgment of Jefferson County Court, rendered May 26, 2010,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Hannah Stith Long, Esq. dated May 16, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that said motion is granted to the extent that the pro se supplemental brief and attached exhibits for said brief are deemed sealed and confidential, and

It is further ORDERED that the portion of the March 31, 2010 pretrial conference transcripts that identify a confidential police informant be redacted to delete from the transcripts such information.
