On the Court's own motion, appeal dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that no appeal lies to the Court of Appeals from the order of County Court denying a motion to vacate a judgment of conviction made pursuant to CPL 440.10 (see, CPL 450.15, 460.15). Motion for poor person relief dismissed as academic.
