Withdrawal of counsel allowed by order
Good cause appearing, the application of appointed counsel for permission to withdraw as attorney of record for appellant Pravin Govin, filed October 30, 2018, is granted.
The order appointing Conrad Petermann as appellate counsel of record for appellant Pravin Govin, filed November 14, 2008, is hereby vacated.
Cliff Gardner is hereby appointed as appellate counsel of record for appellant Pravin Govin.
Conrad Petermann is hereby directed to deliver to Cliff Gardner, within 30 days from the filing of this order, all appellate work product, trial files, and all other appellate materials that he has obtained from appellant Pravin Govin or from his trial counsel or paralegals, or from any other source.
